Workplace innovation workshop: people-centred change for social enterprises.

One of the major ways to improve productivity and efficiency in your business is through workplace innovation. Not sure how to drive change or develop new, improved ways of working? Why not attend one of Scottish Enterprise’s FREE one-day workshops, specifically aimed at business leaders within social enterprises? The workshops look at workplace innovation through three themes: people, place and practice.

They will take place on:

Tuesday 5th February (09.30-16.30) in Dundee

Tuesday 2nd April (09.30-16.30) in Glasgow.

During this practical workshop you will explore what it means to have an engaged workforce, and what benefits this brings to your business, as well as an introduction to how you can develop your employees. You will learn how your workspace influences the day-to-day working environment, and look at what workplace practices you can adopt to help foster creativity, productivity and growth.

This workshop is suitable for social enterprises in Scotland who are currently dealing with issues around the topic, including leadership, staff engagement and culture.
