The Robertson Trust 'Changing Lives through Sport and Physical Activity Programme' provides two-year grants between £30k - £70k for organisations utilising sport for one of the following; inclusion; health and wellbeing; skills; and communities. The deadline for applications is 28 August 2018.
Greggs Foundation Local Community Projects Fund offers grants of up to £2k to projects that serve a community of interest. The next deadline for applications is 28 September 2018.
This is the last round of the Skills and Opportunities Fund, opening on 3 September. For the final round, RBS is looking for applications from not-for-profit organisations with a project or project idea focussed on providing opportunities for people to develop their financial capability skills or the skills to start or develop a new business now or in the future.
Councillors are supporting the sector with a £200,000 Social Enterprise Support Fund which will be open for applications until March 2019. The fund includes grants for new permanent employees, training, expert advice, and for feasibility studies into new income streams. There is also a grant for the establishment of new social enterprises, and for the establishment new income streams for existing social enterprises. Applications ongoing until March 2019.
The new name for Awards for All Scotland, the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland offers funding from £300 to £10,000 to support what matters to people and communities. Applications are ongoing.
£5,000 is given each month to new young social entrepreneurs looking to implement innovative business solutions that meet the energy and resource needs of a growing population. Applications are ongoing.
