ShareLab Scotland

The Scottish Government is partnering with Nesta to find and support early stage projects that build and/or use collaborative digital platforms to tackle challenges around sustainable energy and transport; focusing on the most vulnerable consumers. Applications are open.

Community Food and Health Annual Development Fund

Community Food and Health (Scotland) has an annual development fund open to groups and agencies in Scotland who would like to improve access to, and take up of a healthy, varied and balanced diet. Funding from £500 to £3000 is available. Closing date: 5pm on Friday 6 July 2018.

Connect Local Regional Food Fund

This fund will support initiatives and projects in Scotland which celebrate and promote locally sourced and produced food and drink. The fund is for collaborative projects where groups of producers and food & drink businesses benefit from these initiatives and projects are expected to deliver benefits over the long-term. Applications can be submitted at any time but the application process closes on the submission deadline. The submission deadline for the first panel is 12 July 2018.

Cycle Friendly Community

Provided by Transport Scotland and administered by Cycling Scotland, the Cycle Friendly Communities Development Fund offers grants of between £2,500 and £20,000 to support established (constituted) community-focused groups achieve Cycle Friendly Community status by encouraging more people to cycle locally. The closing date is 5pm Wednesday 18th July 2018.

Social Enterprise Support Fund - Aberdeenshire

Councillors are supporting the sector with a £200,000 Social Enterprise Support Fund which will be open for applications until March 2019. The fund includes grants for new permanent employees, training, expert advice, and for feasibility studies into new income streams. There is also a grant for the establishment of new social enterprises, and for the establishment new income streams for existing social enterprises. Applications ongoing until March 2019.

National Lottery Awards for All Scotland

The new name for Awards for All Scotland, the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland offers funding from £300 to £10,000 to support what matters to people and communities. Applications are ongoing.

Shell LIVEWire Smarter Future Awards

£5,000 is given each month to new young social entrepreneurs looking to implement innovative business solutions that meet the energy and resource needs of a growing population. Applications are ongoing.
